You can permanently delete your Storylandia account at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and will result in the removal of all data and the entire history of created stories.

Deleting your account within the app (recommended)
- 1.1. Open the Storylandia app.
- 1.2. Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- 1.3. Go to Account Settings.
- 1.4. Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account."
- 1.5. Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete."
Once confirmed, the account will be permanently removed and all data will be deleted from our servers.
2.
Deleting your account via email
- 2.1. Send an email to: [email protected]
- 2.2. The message must be sent from the same email address used to register the account.
- 2.3. Include the following text in the message: "Please permanently delete my account in the Storylandia app."
We will confirm your request and delete the account within 14 days.
